ESTRUCTURA INSTITUCIONAL, GOBIERNO ESCOLAR Y ÓRGANOS DE PARTICIPACIÓN EN LA COMUNIDAD EDUCATIVA

La Comunidad Educativa de la institución se compone de los siguientes estamentos:

  1. Los estudiantes que se han matriculado.
  2. Los padres y madres, acudientes o en su defecto, los responsables de la educación de los alumnos matriculados.

  5. Los egresados organizados para participar.

El Gobierno Escolar está constituido por los siguientes órganos:

  1. El Consejo Directivo, como instancia directiva, de participación de la comunidad educativa y de orientación académica y administrativa del establecimiento; lo integra: El Rector/a, quien lo convocará y presidirá; dos representantes de los docentes de la institución; dos representantes de los padres de familia; Un representante de los estudiantes que debe estar cursando el último grado de educación que ofrezca la institución; Un representante de los ex­alumnos de la institución y un representante de del sector productivo.
  2. El Consejo Académico, como instancia superior para participar en la orientación pedagógica del establecimiento. El Rector, quien lo preside, Los directivos docentes; Un docente de secundaria (jefe de área) por cada área definida en el Plan de Estudios, un docente de preescolar y de cada grado de básica primaria ofrecido en el plantel.
  3. El Rector, como representante de la Institución ante las autoridades educativas y ejecutor de las decisiones del Gobierno Escolar, es la primera autoridad administrativa y docente. Tiene la responsabilidad de acompañar todas las actividades técnicas, pedagógicas y administrativas; se ocupa de la planeación, dirección, orientación, programación, administración y supervisión de la educación dentro de la Institución Educativa.

  1. El Consejo de Estudiantes.
  2. El Personero(a) Estudiantil.
  3. El representante de grupo estudiantil.
  4. El Consejo de Padres de familia.
  5. El Comité Escolar de Convivencia.
  6. El equipo de calidad educativa. 

El consejo de estudiantes es el máximo órgano colegiado que asegura y garantiza el continuo ejercicio de la participación de las y los estudiantes. El Personero es un representante, promotor, vocero y defensor de los Derechos y Deberes de los estudiantes. El representante de grupo es un estudiante elegido por los integrantes de cada grupo que atiende la Institución. 

El Consejo de Padres es un órgano de participación de las madres y padres de familia -de carácter obligatorio- destinado a asegurar su continua participación en el proceso educativo para elevar los resultados de calidad del servicio mediante la presentación de propuestas y planes de mejoramiento. 

El Comité Escolar de Convivencia es un órgano consultor del Consejo Directivo, que busca servir de instancia en la solución acertada del conflicto escolar, tratar asuntos de la convivencia pacífica, orientar, asesorar, capacitar y establecer criterios para la solución de los conflictos escolares; generar diversas estrategias de convivencia escolar. Este órgano está integrado por El Rector (a), quien lo preside; El Personero Estudiantil; El docente con función de orientador; El presidente del Consejo de Padres de Familia; El presidente del Consejo de Estudiantes, Un docente que lidere procesos o estrategias de convivencia escolar y Un coordinador.

El equipo de calidad educativa tiene como propósito administrar, en alianza con el consejo directivo, el proceso de calidad en los procesos de gestión del PEI, allí se inicia la operacionalización de los planes y estrategias de mejoramiento. Este equipo estará integrado por el rector, los coordinadores, el docente orientador(a) y docentes con liderazgo en los procesos de gestión institucional.
